Aimé Leon Dore accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that certain exclusive collaborations and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Label & Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
